About

An Imaging Partner That Works Inside the Operation.

NorthEast Imaging Management Group supports imaging programs across their full lifecycle—assessment, equipment, protocols, revenue cycle, referral development, and daily management—through a single accountable relationship.

Company profile

Two Decades Inside Diagnostic Imaging Operations.

The firm's scope reflects twenty years spent running diagnostic imaging centers and working directly with the major MRI and imaging platforms in use across the Northeast.

Specific client names, engagement outcomes, and financial results are not published. Clinical decisions, indications, and interpretations remain the responsibility of licensed medical professionals at each participating facility.

Leadership

NorthEast Imaging Management Group is led by an operator with 20 years of experience running diagnostic imaging centers—carrying direct responsibility for staffing, scheduling, modality throughput, equipment service relationships, payer and revenue-cycle performance, and referral growth. The firm's work reflects that operating background rather than an advisory-only perspective.

Imaging Management Experience

Twenty years of day-to-day diagnostic center management across MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray operations: building technologist schedules and coverage models, standardizing protocols and workflow between front desk, tech, and reading, managing uptime and service escalations, and reporting volume, utilization, turnaround, and A/R performance to ownership on a fixed cadence.

Hospital and Diagnostic Center Experience

Engagements span hospital imaging departments, health-system service lines, independent diagnostic centers, and physician-owned facilities. The common thread is operational accountability: assessing the current program, correcting what limits capacity or revenue integrity, and leaving a repeatable management structure behind.

Advanced MRI and TBI Program Experience

Advanced neuroimaging work centers on making capability real on equipment a facility already owns—protocol design and implementation, post-processing workflow, technologist education, and coordination with reading radiologists. Clinical indications, interpretation, and final protocol approval remain with licensed medical professionals at the facility.

Equipment and Vendor Experience

Direct working experience with Siemens, GE, Fujifilm, and FONAR systems, including new and refurbished purchases, mobile and temporary deployments, service-contract review, and installation project coordination. Vendor proposals are evaluated on clinical fit, uptime history, service structure, and total cost of ownership—not list price alone.

Operational Realism

Recommendations are built around your actual staffing, equipment, payer mix, and site constraints.

Transparency

Vendor relationships and any applicable compensation arrangements are disclosed to the facility.

Geographic service area

Serving hospitals, health systems, and diagnostic imaging centers across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Additional regions are considered based on engagement scope and travel requirements.
