NorthEast Imaging Management Group provides management, operational, equipment, marketing, and program-development services. We do not practice medicine, provide diagnostic interpretation, or direct patient care.
Clinical Responsibility
Clinical decisions, medical protocols, indications, imaging interpretation, and patient care remain the responsibility of appropriately licensed healthcare professionals and participating facilities. Protocol work is performed in coordination with facility medical leadership and interpreting radiologists and remains subject to scanner capability, software licensing, manufacturer guidance, and facility policy.
Billing and Revenue Cycle
Billing and revenue-cycle services address process, documentation visibility, workflow accuracy, oversight, and reporting. They do not guarantee reimbursement, payer determinations, claim approval, or collection outcomes. Coding and billing decisions remain subject to payer rules, applicable regulation, and facility policy.
Marketing and Referral Development
Marketing services are delivered as professional education, outreach, positioning, and referral-development support. No referral volume, patient volume, or revenue result is guaranteed, and no compensation is offered or arranged in exchange for referrals.
Equipment Availability and Vendors
Equipment availability, pricing, lead times, configuration, and service terms are set by third-party vendors and change frequently. Any vendor compensation or brokerage relationship applicable to a transaction is disclosed to the facility. We do not claim vendor independence or exclusivity unless stated in a specific written agreement.
